Yes. We require at least a $1 million limit in general liability coverage before we can approve your event. Event insurance usually starts around $100 but your premium will depend on several variables including but not limited to number of guests, whether alcohol is being served, and which types of coverage are included.
Yes. We require at least one (1) guard per 100 guests. If you have alcohol at your event then you will be required to have 1 additional guard. The cost of security is approximately $50 per guard per hour.
For private events, a liquor license is not required, however, a competent individual must serve alcohol to guests. If you are hosting a public event, a liquor license must be obtained.
Generally, no, but we will discuss on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, we do not provide food services, you may bring it in yourself or have an outside caterer (we do have a list of caterers who have worked here in the past).
Yes, it may be used for staging and warming at no cost, but if you desire to use it to cook, then there is an extra charge.
