There is a formula for making leadership in our Valleys easier, more efficient and more successful. The formula is Membership Momentum:
  1. Total involvement
  2. Doing only your best - first, last and always
  3. No excuses
  4. Hard work on the recruitment of the worthy and well-qualified
  5. Being thoughtful, brotherly and personal with the members of our Valleys
  6. Remembering and reinstating members who have slipped through our fingers
  7. Leaders who truly believe in and routinely demonstrate their belief in the goals of our great Order
  8. Making good brethren even better through adherence to the principles of Scottish Rite Masonry.
We know that man is basically good and it is this goodness that we want to make better. He progresses from fundamental involve-ment to becoming a true believer by bringing control, order, discipline and ethics into not only his life, but also the lives of all those with whom he comes into contact. In that way others may also benefit from the great goodness of our Order.
Let us focus on the future by creating Membership Momentum in the present. When our devoted talents combine, the great legacy of Scottish Rite Masonry will continue.
