New Leadership

January is the time to hand over the reins of the San Jose Chapter of Rose Croix. I must confess that this is somewhat of a bittersweet experience. Over the past year, as Wise Master there have been good times and bad. The way in which we dealt with the challenges during the year was a real learning experience for me. I have tried to be particularly sensitive to the needs of our officers and brethren, but I have no doubt that there have been times in the past when I failed to fully appreciate all of the problems.
The new line of officers will face many challenges in the coming year. I feel certain that from the new positions that the officers will hold, all challenges will be meet and fully accomplished. The hallmark of a good leader is responsibility.
Thank you for honoring me with the position of Wise Master and for all the guidance and support that some many of you provided. It is indeed gratifying to have your friendship! Serving with you has been a great pleasure and I look forward to a continuing association. Let us work together to make the coming year a great success!
