Beloved Brethren,

First off; I want to thank each of you for entrusting me with this honored station. I look forward to serving you and this Great Valley, and offer a true salute to the officers and brothers who served last year. Hats off for an excellent job.
MW and Personal Representative Ill. Ken Nagel has great visions for the future of this Great Valley. We look forward to teaming up with him and each one of you. One of many goals this year is to personally contact every member of our Valley. Expect a call from one of us during the year. Remember - the most important part of this Great Valley is YOU. Yes– YOU! We love our brothers and try to show it. Today we will talk to at least one brother about how much we value our relationship.
We now enter a New Year with anticipation and hope for good health, continued work success, stability and growth of family, material comforts and financial improvements in Scottish Rite. We will plan for success, have calendars of proposed activities, present balanced budgets and then try to implement each. But all of these are shared activities, and you are needed to insure success. Please be involved.
To all of my Brothers - a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year, and, of course, thank you for continuing to be an active and involved Scottish Rite Freemason. I started and will end today thinking about how fortunate I am, right here, right now.

Thank you again Brethren,
Joseph DaSilva, 32° KCCH  Venerable Master
