From the Master of Kadosh (November, 2014)

We just completed our feast of Tishri and are now fully engaged in the Fall Reunion.  While we only have 9 candidates, the good news is we have 9 candidates.  But I would also like to ask each of you to start now in recruiting Master Masons for our next reunion.  If we can just get 10% of our membership to find a new candidate, we could have a class of over 80.  Surely you know someone from your lodge that is not a member that could benefit from our degrees.
As we move into the end of the year, the officers that are advancing in the line should be getting ready to do their proficiency as well as those that are just going into a line for the first time.   The end of the year is always a busy time in Masonry with all the various installations, new budgets and new plans, but it is also an exciting time as we get to experience new ideas as well.
Remember though, that masonry should never interfere with the duty you owe to family, so make sure that you find the time to spend time with those you love as we enter into the holiday season.
