From the Master of Kadosh (February, 2013)

Brethren, I have let this month sneak up on me and have not done as much research as needed to be done to be prepared for writing this article.
As Ill. Roger Bibb noted at the completion of his term in 2012, those at the head of the various Bodies of the Scottish Rite owe a great deal of their success, or lack thereof to the other members of their respective lines and further to the participation of the Brethren of the membership.  So I would like to start where Ill. Bibb left off and thank, somewhat in advance, both of those groups for their expected continued support and attendance at  our various functions. The most significant effort, in terms of planing and execution for the San Jose Consistory Officer line will be the The Feast of Tishri which will happen, probably in the month of September. I hope to have the specific timing details worked out with Brother Rowan and Angela by the time the Rite Word is published in March.
Needless to say, The Consistory will be heavily involved in both the Spring and Fall Reunions for 2013, especially the various dinners and food selections for these events and most notably the 32nd Degree which is one of only two for which the Consistory has specific responsibility. The other Consistory Degree is the 31st which is one which is currently being communicated, not exemplified. I expect to have more details on all of the years Consistory sponsored activities in Master of Kadosh messages.
